  1. Step 1

    Pick your start date

Choose the Monday you'll begin Week 1. Everything else in this site — the Sunday planning ritual, the parent digest, and the daily schedule — will key off this date.

  2. Step 2

Print the Year at a Glance

One page, 36 weeks, all four subjects. This is the backbone you'll hang in your school space.

  3. Step 3

    Print Quarter 1, Week 1

The first weekly pack includes the day-by-day plan, materials list, parent digest, and weekly review for Friday.

  4. Step 4

    Set up the student workbook

Print the Quarter 1 student workbook and put it in a 1-inch binder. Tab dividers by subject keep daily work fast to find.

  5. Step 5

    Set up the gradebook

Add your student(s). The gradebook auto-tracks standards as you log weekly quizzes and quarter assessments — useful for end-of-year evaluator reviews.

Done? Move to your Sunday planning ritual.

Every Sunday, open This Week. It computes your current week from your start date and surfaces everything you need to print.
